Backpacker Vietnam was voted in the top countries to visit to experience the summer
The American newspaper rated backpacking in Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam, as a great summer vacation.
The prestigious travel magazine Travel+Leisure recommends 20 summer experiences that everyone should do once in their life. Especially the adventurous experiences by bicycle or motorbike, which arouse inspiration, are considered impossible to feel just by looking at postcard photos. Backpacking in Southeast Asia is one of the suggestions, including Vietnam.
Bali (Indonesia), Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia are the most checked-in destinations on Instagram. Traveling with a backpack to these lands is a true adventure with rich experiences such as learning to cook, experiencing a profession, going to the temple, traveling with animals…
Vietnam backpacking is praised by Travel+Leisure for its cheap price, suitable for travelers with a budget. Food is fresh, delicious , rich, but the price of food, hotels, and entertainment activities is much lower than in Western countries. You can easily travel from South to North Vietnam by train at a very low cost, the train has bed and air-conditioned carriages, and has an all-time food wagon. Moreover, summer is the time with lots of fresh, delicious, cooling tropical fruits.
